HR Executive

Role & responsibilities

• HR Executive reports to HR Manager to implement HR strategies that support the hotel's mission and business objectives.
• Responsibilities will include recruitment, employee relations,
• Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
• Implement and enforce hotel HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and hotel industry regulations.
• Coordinate performance management and employee evaluation processes.
• Facilitate communication between management and employees.
• Coordination with Learning & Development Department and other operations departments in the hotels.
• Ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferably Gentleman with Graduation / Post Graduation in Human Resources / Social Work as a Core subject and min. 5 years of work experience in Hotel industry.
