Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
• Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
• Handle employee engagement programs, grievance resolution, and workplace compliance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Support training and development initiatives for employees.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS, ATS, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
