Role Summary

The HR Executive will assist various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and data collection for teaching associates, research associates, etc. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR operations effectively pertaining to the complete employee life cycle from joining to exits across the University, ensuring enhanced employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Handling and responsible for day-to-day operations and documentation, including talent acquisition, joining, induction, MIS, exits, etc.
• Taking care and being completely responsible for the new employees relocating to the University, including but not limited to their pre-joining, joining, Induction, settling in the University, in the city, managing and supporting in organizing their legal documents like Aadhar, PAN, FRRO if applicable, etc.
• Stakeholder management with respect to HR operations across the University in collaboration with the Deans and the respective administrative representatives of the respective schools.
• Handling university mediclaim-related matters
• Develop and run employee engagement activities across schools

Qualification:

• MBA in Human Resources with 0 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
