Operations Executive - Human Resources

Position Overview:

The HR Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes within the organization. This individual will manage day-to-day HR operations, from onboarding to exit formalities, while maintaining compliance and accuracy in employee data management. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills to support HR functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Induction:

• Facilitate pre-joining formalities, including document collection and verification.
• Manage the onboarding process, including induction, system account creation, and issuance of ID cards and joining kits.
• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.

Employee Data Management:

• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
• Generate and analyze HR reports for audits and decision-making.

HR Operations:

• Handle employee queries related to policies, benefits, and payroll.
• Support compensation and benefits administration.
• Manage leave, attendance, and other pay inputs in coordination with payroll.

Compliance and Policies:

• Ensure adherence to HR policies, including POSH, COC, and other organizational guidelines.
• Assist in internal audits and maintain compliance records.

Engagement and Retention:

• Organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
• Support learning and development initiatives.
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.

Exit Management:

• Administer exit formalities, including clearance, documentation, and feedback collection.
• Process relieving letters.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A PGDM/MBA in HR is a plus.
• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of HRMS/HRIS systems.
