Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and employee documentation.
• Oversee background verification (BGV) and medical insurance processes.
• Maintain employee records and personnel files.
• Handle HR operations, including attendance tracking and compliance.
• Address employee queries, manage benefits, and support performance evaluations.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.

Administrative Support:

• Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee office maintenance.
• Coordinate company events, schedule meetings, and manage travel arrangements.
• Support day-to-day operations.

Requirements and Skills:

• Education: MBA/PGDM in HR (Mandatory) or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS (Keka preferred) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
