Deputy Manager - Operations

We are seeking an experienced Assistant manager/Deputy manager who will not only supervise but also actively participate in daily operations. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in the

hands-on management of BAU activities , ensuring high-quality outcomes while also providing

leadership and strategic direction to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Team handling and Active Participation: Serve as a supervisor while equally contributing to the

completion of BAU tasks. Responsibilities include document verification, meticulous attention to

detail, and coordination with the sales team to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely business

transactions.

- Data Management and Reporting : Accurately input and manage customer-related information

within databases. Responsible for preparing, managing, and maintaining daily MIS reports and

dashboards. Must have a good command of excel

- Quality and Process Improvement: Evaluate and implement SOPs crucial for operational

excellence. Engage in quality assurance processes and take initiative in organizing process

refresher huddles and providing related training to the sales team and other stakeholders.

- Communication and Conflict Resolution: Must possess basic English communication and

writing skills. Experience in conflict resolution and adapting to evolving processes, systems, and

organizational changes is essential.

- Audit and Customer Relations: Handle both internal and external audits and manage

relationships with internal and external customers. Address and resolve escalated issues promptly

to ensure no disruptions in business operations.

- Flexibility in Working Hours: Willingness to work extended hours during month-ends or peak

business periods as required.
