Account Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Sales enablement and a medium to high visibility role. This person will be responsible for managing and driving end-to-end operational activities with the Merchants.
• The person will also be responsible to independently respond to and coordinate with merchants after getting the queries within defined SLAs.
• Ensuring merchants are updated on the progress of the queries/issues faced and revert with logical closure/conclusion with the merchants.
• To achieve the above, this person will have to coordinate with multiple support functions including but not limited to FinOps, Legal, Banking Ops, Biz Ops, Onboarding Teams etc.
• Person should have excellent documentation and tracking skills including but not limited to excel, word, internal tools such as Jira, Slack, PowerPoint etc.
• Should be able to think, understand the issue/problem statement and logically drive closure of issues internally after coordinating with teams.
• Will be responsible to update various forums and channels on progress of various issue types.
• Proactively manage key partner relationships to strengthen overall solution capabilities and drive greater client value.
• Explain complex information clearly to non-IT personnel.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years in a professional setup

Knowledge & Skills:

• Understanding of payment processes or similar domains preferred
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Jira (Preferably)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders
• Fast-paced, high-pressure, multi-stakeholder
  

Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline

Position: Account Manager

Shift Planning: Rotational Shift, 24 Days working month • 24/7 support structure
3 Shifts considered (8AM-5PM, 4PM-1AM, 12AM-9AM)
