What does this role hold for you ??

Lead and oversee a team, actively participating in daily operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Manage data entry with precision, generate daily MIS reports, and maintain dashboards, leveraging advanced Excel skills.
Excel in KYC and document verification processes, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and 100% accuracy. Collaborate with the sales team to address discrepancies and facilitate smooth, timely business transactions.
Enhance operational efficiency by developing and refining SOPs. Conduct training sessions and refresher meetings to boost team productivity.
Manage internal and external audits, resolve escalations within defined TAT, and foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Analyze and optimize business processes, focusing on workflow automation, particularly for RCM-related operations.
Stay adaptable to evolving processes, systems, and organizational changes to ensure seamless and effective operations.

Apply if you have
7-11 years of demonstrated experience in operations management and team leadership.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Willingness and flexibility to work extended hours during high-demand periods.
