Retail Store Executive

Roles and responsibilities

• Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with the sales team to meet sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer Satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Ensure upkeep of the facility.
• Helping in preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements and

profits.

• Handling customer escalations and delivery queries.
• Responsible for store sales target achievement.

Requirements and Skill Set

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
• A minimum of Fresher to 2 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a

managerial role.

• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management

processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
