🕒 Office Timings: 11 AM 8 PM (6-day workweek)

We are expanding our Customer Support Team in Kolkata and looking for dynamic individuals to join us!
🔥 Job Responsibilities:
✅ Customer Support: Assist learners via calls, emails, and chat to resolve queries efficiently.
✅ Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns, provide effective solutions, and escalate when necessary.
✅ Student Assistance: Guide learners on course navigation, material access, and platform usage.
✅ Active Listening & Engagement: Ensure customers feel valued with professional and empathetic interactions.
✅ Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements for better user experience.
✅ Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, tech, and product teams to streamline customer interactions.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✨ Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
✨ Communication: Strong verbal & written skills in English and Hindi.
✨ Customer Focus: Passion for helping customers with a problem-solving mindset.
✨ Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of digital tools and learning platforms.
✨ Patience & Empathy: Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
✨ Experience: 0-1 year in a customer support role (Freshers are welcome!).
