Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Operations & Support Trainee to join our dynamic team! If you have a passion for education technology, operations, and customer success, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Webinar Coordination

  • Assist in scheduling, organizing, and managing webinars.
  • Coordinate with presenters, participants, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Set up and monitor webinar platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
  • Ensure all technical tools and resources are functioning properly before and during sessions.

Technical Support

  • Provide real-time technical support to participants and presenters.
  • Troubleshoot common issues related to webinar platforms, internet connectivity, and software.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of FAQs and solutions for quick resolution.

Operations & Resource Management

  • Assist in the daily operations of online courses and webinars.
  • Ensure all course materials, recordings, and resources are well-organized and accessible.
  • Track and report on attendance, participant feedback, and key performance metrics.

Customer Service & Engagement

  • Respond to participant inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist in onboarding new participants, ensuring they have all necessary resources.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to improve the learning experience.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently.

Continuous Improvement & Learning

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in educational technology.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance webinar processes and user experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to build technical and operational expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Applications, Technology, or related fields
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/G-Sheets & Google Docs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  • A tech-savvy mindset with a passion for learning.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with Power BI & AI concepts (a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in customer service or support (preferred but not required).
  • Must have a personal laptop for work.
