- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as fire and safety codes, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Experience in front desk or customer service management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts, are critical for success in this role.
