Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Senior HR who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and HR operations to support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent acquisition, HR administration, policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (60%):
1) Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
2) Develop job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers for role requirements.
3) Use job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants and other sources for hiring.
4) Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
5) Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding process.
6) Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics.
HR Operations & Compliance (40%):
7) Oversee employee documentation, HR database, and records management.
8) Manage HR policies, compliance, and legal requirements.
9) Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking.
10) Support in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
11) Assist in performance appraisal processes and HR automation projects.
12) Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time
Education: MBA/ PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
1) Total work experience of 4 - 7 years in Recruitment & HR Operations.
2) Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment trends.
3) Hands-on experience with HR software (Zoho, Keka or similar tools).
4) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
5) Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills:
1) Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint for HR reports, analysis, and presentations.
2) HR analytics, dashboards, MIS reports, hiring metrics.
