Role & responsibilities

Pricing controller

• Ensure right pricing charged
• Find out Pricing mismatch with PO raised by customers
• Ensure price increase implementation at all factory locations

CRM roll out at all factories

BI and Sales MIS

• Weekly Sales report (By Plant, Salesman, Segment, Domestic, Export, Realisation, Target v/s Achieved).
• Monthly Sales Dashboard.
• Weekly Sales Analysis, highlight errors and follow up for debit notes.
• Involved in all Management Review Meeting and noting of minutes of the meeting
• Correspondence with Banks, Debtors & Creditors.
• Visit Factory on weekly/fortnight for Audit.
• Follow up Debtors Outstanding as per their credit period by sending them weekly outstanding statement through email as well by calling.
• Check, Verify & Authorize of Factory petty cash expenses.
• Maintaining Stock (Equity & Futures & Option).
• Maintaining Stock in Excel is also for weekly reporting of Profit & Loss.
• Correspondence with Banks, Debtors, Creditors & Brokers.
• Prepare Presentation of Monthly Sales, Operation, Project, MD&A review also to assist concerned person for preparation of presentation.

• Prepare Business plan based on Sales & Production projection.
• Preparation of Value-added Tracker sheet
• Tracking of all CN and DN etc.,
• Credit control
