Job Description

Lead the Direct Sales for Western India.

Consultative engagements will be targeted towards both external customers and internal stakeholders in direct support of customer s needs.

Help Honeywe'll teams understand and develop effective product messaging, end user product requirements and product value propositions.

Help customers confidently understand Solution/product capabilities, product value and integration within customer workflows and in direct support of customers strategic initiatives.

Drive cross-functional alignment to support customer sale and decision process, participating in sales pursuit strategy planning, executing product demos, assisting proposal team in right and fast commercial offerings, supporting customer negotiations, order fulfillment and hand-over to customer success team.

Charting out a clear path for achieving the 2X business growth for the Western Region in the next 3 years.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

Have experience in the following Technologies & Processes: DCS, MES SCADA, PLC, MCC, Ethernet Networking, Cyber Security, Industrial Software Solutions like Historian, APC, OTS, Asset Management etc

Have industry domain knowledge and expertise around smart machine concepts (Industry 4.0, IIoT) in various verticals like MMM, Oil & Gas, Power, Life Sciences, Chemicals, Paper & Pulp etc

Have experience with technical sales support, direct sales, After Market support Maintenance contract, Revamp & Upgrade projects , spare business or sales consultant experience to promote value added service to the customer. Should be familiar with customer centric selling or equivalent sales process for solution selling. Direct Selling Experience of DCS/Turnkey System Solutions is mandatory.

Must also have proven commercial and Legal awareness and acumen.

Clear Understanding of the Western India.

Overall 12+ Years Experience with minimum 3-4 years of experience in a direct customer-facing role (Sales & Marketing) in the automation industry and should have handled large accounts directly.

Experience in developing strategic offering roadmap & execution and

Experience in Collaborating with cross functional teams (Technology, Design, Engineering, Sales, etc).
