Job Description

Roles & Responsibility
1 Adherence to safety standards and follow HSE cardinal rules.
2 Troubleshooting , Diagnosis and Repair of complex Electronics / Electromechanica / Mechanical Products & Test Equipment with first time right
3 Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders.
4 Assembly of Plastic, Metal assemblies and FG assemblies as per the work instructions.
5 Wire crimping, Duct cutting, routing of wires etc.
6 Set up machinery and prepare equipment to get the line running after a stop.
7 Administer all production flow and collaborate with supervisor to identify all process and equipment issues.
8 Load and unload products on the production line including chamber testing, packaging or unpackaging of products.
9 Programming of PLDs, Online and Offline programming using the programming tools.
10 Functional testing of products and cabinets.
11 Electronic Card level testing.
12 Labelling and packaging of the product
13 Adherance to BIQ.
14 Adherance to SOS and other QMS/ISO processes .
15 Test equipment monitoring and raising alarm for any quality and safety issue.
16 To meet Daily/Weekly/Monthly Production Plan.
17 Faulty finding, Analysis and Repairing of the in process rejected/faulty electric and electromechanical parts.
18 Ability to assemble and maintain the test equipment.
19 Basic computer knowledge , MS Office- Word, Excel etc
20 Go Beyond and Act with Urgency to deliver Quality product.
Qualification and Experience:
ITI with NCTVT OR equivalent technical qualification/Diploma in Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical with 2-3 years experience. Specialist Skills and in depth knowledge of Electronic Products/Wire Harnessing , Electromechanical Products, Test Equipments.
Knowledge requirement:
Effective communication with his fellow worker and supervisor.
