(Role Based - Std Library)

Ensure smooth operations of conveyor lines Plan and achieve shift wise production target as per quality standards.
Provide support to team members in the shops to improve in PQCDSM parameters.
Interface, planning and execution of engineering changes at engine assembly.
Coordinate hassle free introduction of new models (engine side) as per management plans.
Coordinate with Automation team to convert manual processes into automation.
Plan to analyze to improve line RFT / OLE/ DPR
On the job training and capability building of cell members & DTEs for current as well as future roles.
