Job Description
- Good Knowledge on various voice products like Task Builder, Voice Check, Voice Console, VDERP, VLINK, Voice Artisan and voice catalyst.
- Working Experience on Guided work Solutions - GWS Devkit components, Data flow, Intents, Built in functionalities, Speaker dependent and Independent Technologies.
- Understanding on GWS connector architecture - GWS connector app, Service and different plugins.
- Working experience on across multiple verticals like Distributive centers, Maintenance & Inspection (M&I) and Retail.
- Good understanding on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) - Manhattan, Blue yonder, SAP-ERP etc
- Strong web development experience on Java, J2EE, Web services, Python and able to troubleshoot complex scenarios (code optimization, network issues, design issues, etc)
- Strong technical skills: OS-Android and IOS, Dev Tools- C#, Xamarin, MAUI and MS visual studio, Integration SWs-Rest Services, Database, HTML, Telnet, Sockets
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience in Cyber Security principles and practices will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience on AI/GitHub Copilot will be a plus.
- Agile software development using industry leading toolset like JIRA, Bamboo, GIT, etc
- Deep understanding of Cloud platforms, HTTP protocol and asynchronous processing
- A passion for technology and insatiable appetite to learn, learn-it-all attitude
- Strong communication skills, ability to write technical docs and present ideas
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Team player, mentor and develop others by learning and sharing
- Deep customer empathy, customer-first mind set, ready to work with customer on early prototypes/MVOs
