Customer Experience Professional

As a Customer Experience Professional here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for order entry and customer communication for the AOG process. You will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient resolution of customer issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure will be key to your success in this role. You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager, and youll work out of our Bangalore location. In this role, you will impact the customer experience by providing exceptional service and support during critical situations. Your ability to effectively manage customer orders, communicate updates, and coordinate with internal teams will contribute to the overall success of the AOG process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Enter and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner

Communicate order status and updates to customers proactively via email or calls.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Provide exceptional customer service and support during critical situations

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or order entry role

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

Experience in the aviation industry or knowledge of aircraft parts
