The Senior Advanced Technical Sales Engineer (Strong backgroundin the Hydrotreating & Renewables technology area) will be akey enabler to LST s growth by leading the adoption of UOP s integratedsolutions by our customers. With our integrated offering and lifecyclemanagement vision, your deep technical understanding and business acumen, willallow you to create value propositions that unlock value for our customers ininnovative ways. In this role, you will connect with many stakeholders(business, sales, technical services, legal, marketing, breakthrough initiativecounter partners, etc.) to ensure value for our customer, internal alignmentand profitable business growth that enables the power of LST.

Thisrole will allow you to look at a bigger picture across different technologieswhile given the opportunity to deep dive into a technology, using and expandingyour technical knowledge. You will be part of a highly collaborative globalteam focused on driving growth in a key strategic area for Honeywell: Driveaccountability Culture , Innovate and Create Value for Customers and WinTogether are key behaviors to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Drive the technical execution of assigned LST opportunities through development of value propositions and the business case for specific opportunities including technical performance estimates, technical input on strategy for sales events, preparation of technical proposals and technical appendices, preparation, and delivery of technical sales presentations in customer meetings resulting in successful sales.
Participate in customer discussions for assigned opportunities to gain an understanding of customer drivers, provide technical sales input and develop an understanding of the customer s needs and expectations to meet or exceed customer requirements and increase satisfaction leading to a winning proposal and successful sales event. The combination of your technical skills and customer understanding will allow you to develop innovative solutions to address customer needs and objectives.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the UOP aftermarket offering capabilities including our value propositions of the Honeywell UOP LST business unit concentrating on the assigned area of expertise and becoming recognized internally and externally as a technology expert.
Reflect and share learnings from every engagement with other team members to ensure improved technical strategies across the globe in all future opportunities.
Contribute to the global team by looking for opportunities and making suggestions to improve our internal tools and processes so we can become our best.
In this role there will be a minimum of 25% expected travel

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor s degree (Chemical Engineering)
Minimum 9 years experience in Refining, Petrochemicals or Gas Processing

WE VALUE
Hydroprocessing technology experience desirable
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Diversity in experience across UOP and/or industry/plant operations highly valued. This could include different UOP technologies, different assignments in service, engineering, projects, marketing, R&D etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
Can-do attitude key for this breakthrough initiative and LST transformation enabler
