Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Agents to achieve daily targets through effective communication, motivation, and monitoring.
  
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers by maintaining relationships with them and resolving any issues that may arise.
  
• Monitor field collections performance regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Implement the vendor management system (VMS) effectively to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  
  Salary - Rs 30,000 CTC + Incentives
