Job Description
HOME CREDIT INDIA FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for Senior District Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- The Senior District Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations, sales, and performance of multiple districts within a designated region
- They will provide strategic direction, guidance, and support to District Managers and their respective teams to achieve company objectives
- The Senior District Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Team Management:Provide leadership, coaching, and development to District Managers and their teams to drive high performance and achieve sales targets
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the district teams
- Operational Excellence:Oversee the operational activities of multiple districts, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Sales and Revenue Generation:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion within the assigned region
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate actions to maximize sales performance
- Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Address customer concerns and escalations in a timely and effective manner to uphold the company's reputation and goodwill
- Budget Management:Develop and manage budgets for the districts, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control measures are in place
- Monitor financial performance against budgetary targets and take corrective actions as necessary to achieve financial objectives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance, to align district strategies with overall business goals and objectives
- Participate in regional and national meetings to share best practices, provide updates, and contribute to strategic discussions
