Mandatory Skills :

Experience : 5+ years in data management

- Informatica MDM, data modeling, ETL, data quality frameworks

- Design and implement MDM solutions, integrate data sources, manage data workflows, ensure data consistency and quality across systems

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop master data management solutions using Informatica MDM.

- Implement and configure Informatica MDM workflows and processes.

- Maintain and support existing MDM solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

- Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure solutions meet those needs.

- Collaborate with data governance teams to establish and enforce data management policies.

- Perform data quality assessments and implement data cleansing processes.

- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across all systems and applications.

- Document MDM processes, configurations, and changes.

- Provide training and support to business users on MDM tools and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience working with Informatica MDM.

- Strong knowledge of data management principles and best practices.

- Experience with data modeling, data integration, and data quality management.

- Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
