STIBO MDM Specialist - ETL (7-10 yrs)

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stibo MDM Specialist with over 7 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team.

- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Stibo Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, data governance, and integration techniques.

- You will be responsible for managing and enhancing enterprise data management solutions to support key business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage Stibo STEP solutions for enterprise-level data management.

- Configure and customize Stibo MDM applications to meet business needs.

- Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and business rules in Stibo STEP.

- Lead data governance initiatives and ensure data quality standards are maintained.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions.

- Integrate Stibo MDM with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.

- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve data issues.

- Provide technical guidance and best practices to development teams.

- Document solution architecture, data processes, and system configurations.

Required Skills & Qualification :

- 7+ years of experience in Stibo MDM (STEP) implementation and management.

- Strong knowledge of MDM architecture, data modeling, and data governance principles.

- Expertise in configuring workflows, business rules, and integrations in Stibo STEP.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation, and ETL processes.

- Hands-on experience with data quality tools and techniques.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, XML, XSLT, and scripting.

- Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and best practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Strong project management experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualification :

- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

- Experience in integrating Stibo MDM with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle or CRM systems.

- Stibo certification is a strong advantage.
