Accounts Manager - Chartered Accountant - Real Estate (3-7 yrs)

Urgent requirement for an Employee Centric Real Estate Mandate Firm in Mumbai

- Location : Andheri.

- Job Title : Manager Accounts & Finance.

- Salary : Upto 16 LPA basis last drawn only.

- Day Shift with Saturday & Sunday Fixed Weekoff_-.

- Qualifications and Experience :.

- Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar profile.

- Preferable from service industry but that is not a pre-requisite.

KRA of Manager Account s:

Financial accounting and reporting :

- Ensure day to day accounting and maintenance of proper books of accounts.

- Finalisation of quarterly financial accounts as per IndAS requirements.

- Interaction with auditors and Audit closure on quarterly basis.

- Compliances with all laws and accounting standards incl SEBI requirements.

- Ensure all transactions are properly recorded in ERP.

- Ensure daily Bank reconciliation.

- Manage inter co transactions in the group.

MIS:

- Ensure proper cost centre wise expense reporting.

- Preparation and analysis of unit/zone wise profitability.

- Prepare the business and accounting MIS required for Corporate office.

- Preparation of cash forecast (rolling cash flow) and weekly cash flows.

- Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and annual budgets and actual performance with variance analysis.

- Provide support to business as per requirement like viability study, business plans, valuation.

Automation and Processes:.

- Work on process improvement by automating excel based working with system based reporting.

- Draw SOPs for ensuring checks and controls in processes and oversee their adherence.

- Participate in the IT and system implementation and drive them.

- Ensuring strict compliance of various statutory requirements like GST, TDS, LDC, Labour related acts, TCS, PF, ESI, MSME relating to vendors etc.

- Ensure that vendor master is maintained properly in all respects.

- Drive epayments through a controlled mechanism duly tested with proper authorization matrix.
