Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts - Real Estate (4-8 yrs)

We're hiring for the role of Assistant Manager - F&A for Delhi

Exp : 4-5 years of exp in Real Estate or Construction

ROLE:

- Review of Books of accounts: Review and analyzing the accounts of Real Estate Project.

- Review of Reconciliations: Ensure to reconcile Advances, Debtors, Bank accounts, Creditors, Investments, Secured Loans and Unsecured Loans etc.

- Managing and controlling the Banking Transactions : Fund management, preparation of Fund reports

- Monitoring Loans/Borrowings: Coordinating with Bankers for getting the disbursements of Loans and monitoring all the loans

- Construction / Property related matter

- Direct & Indirect Tax :TDS ,GST , Statutory Compliance,

- Preparing the MIS

- Coordinating with the third Party.
