Guest Service Associate F&B Service

Role & responsibilities

1. Serves guests according to order taken by herself/himself or by her/his superior in a courteous, professional and attentive manner.

2. Interacts professionally with guests and associates irrespective of any department.

3. Establishes and maintains professional and effective communication within the Food and Beverage department and other coordinating departments.

4. Reports on duty punctually in appropriate attire and grooming standards as specified by the establishment.

5. Implements Outlet regulations, policies and procedures in regard to hygiene, fire and safety, and health regulations.

6. Establishes and promotes professional teamwork within the company, the Food and Beverage department and HMSHost in general.

7. Adheres to established sequence and standards of service and operating procedures applicable to the outlet she/he is assigned to.

8. Does complete restaurant and bar Mise-en-place including polishing of glassware, silverware and chinaware.

9. Takes Food and Beverage orders, places the same in the Kitchen and/or the Bar, picks up the ordered Food and Beverage from the Kitchen and/or the Bar and serves the same to the guests in the restaurants.

10. Prepares and serves all alcoholic and non – alcoholic beverages as per the guest orders and/or as instructed by the Management of the establishment.
