Sales Head/Executive - Air Freight

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the Air-freight forwarding/Customs Clearance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships. The Sales/Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities

• Proven experience in sales within the Air freight forwarding and Clearance industry.
• Responsible for sales growth and focus sector for the company
• Target new Manufacturers/clients and Fix face-to-face Meeting with them to Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions to begin work with us.
• Should have strong capabilities to generate sales in Air Freight.
• Develop a prioritized target customer list and focus sales effort to penetrate and grow the target customers
• Generate new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
• Strong understanding of international Air Freight, Customs Clearance and supply chain logistics.
• Should have good communication and convincing skills.
• Should have well known genuine clients Exporting by Air or Ocean.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in freight forwarding sales.
• Previous experience in a sales managerial or leadership role preferred.
