Corporate Chef

Role Overview:

HML Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Chef to lead the culinary operations for our growing portfolio, including 3 Sports Bars and 2 Cafés. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a strong leadership presence and the ability to innovate while ensuring operational excellence across all kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage and update menus for all locations, ensuring high quality, consistency and relevance to target customers.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring efficient processes, cost control and exceptional food quality.
• Train, mentor and lead kitchen staff, setting clear expectations for performance, hygiene and presentation.
• Monitor inventory, ordering and supply chain to optimize costs and reduce waste.
• Implement SOPs to ensure consistency and quality across all locations.
• Work closely with the management team to align culinary strategies with business objectives.
• Develop new food concepts and collaborate with marketing to promote seasonal or new menu items.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in a senior culinary position (Corporate Chef, Executive Chef).
• Minimum Hotel management bachelor degree.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple kitchens or locations.
• Experience in developing and managing diverse menus (sports bars, cafés, etc.).
• Strong understanding of cost control, inventory management, and budgeting.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
