Job Title: Senior HR Manager.
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Experience: 2-3+ Years in HR Management (preferably in a Service-Based IT Company).
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site.

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager with proven experience to manage and enhance our HR operations as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Workforce Planning:
- Develop and execute strategies to align HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring the right talent is recruited and retained to meet the company's growth objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs and ensure a robust talent pipeline.
Diversity & Inclusion:
- Lead initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion across the organization, ensuring a welcoming and supportive work environment for all employees.
- Monitor progress and ensure continuous improvement in D&I efforts.
- Employee Development & Succession Planning.
- Design and implement employee training, mentoring, and development programs that align with business objectives.
- Lead succession planning efforts to ensure that key leadership roles are identified and cultivated from within the organization.
Performance Management:
- Oversee a robust performance management system, ensuring alignment between individual goals and business objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews and offer constructive feedback for employee growth and development.
HR Technology & Digital Transformation:
- Drive the use of HR technology platforms (such as HRMS) to automate and optimize HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, and employee performance tracking.
- Champion HR digital transformation to support business scalability.
- Compensation & Benefits Management.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Regularly review and adjust salary structures, benefits packages, and rewards systems to attract and retain top talent.
Employee Engagement & Experience:
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and employee events, to maintain a positive and productive work culture.
- Enhance the employee experience by developing a supportive work environment focused on well-being, growth, and recognition.
- Data-Driven HR.
- Use HR analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as employee turnover, recruitment efficiency, and satisfaction scores.
- Generate reports for senior management and make data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
Change Management:
- Act as a change leader during organizational transformations, such as expansions or restructuring.
- Implement communication strategies and training programs to support employees through changes.
Compliance & Employee Relations:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Serve as the point of contact for resolving employee grievances, handling disciplinary actions, and promoting a fair and transparent work environment.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Oversee the onboarding process to integrate new hires effectively into the company.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to refine retention strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management, ideally in a service-based IT company.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications (e.g, SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations specific to the IT sector.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and make sound decisions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with HR software systems and digital HR tools (e.g, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a focus on innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
