HL Tech India - Manager - Digital Marketing (4-5 yrs)

- We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager with proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing (SMM).

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote both our services and our clients' businesses.

- You will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, improving online visibility, and enhancing overall brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other digital advertising platforms.

- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

- Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings, increase traffic, and enhance website performance.

- Manage and grow the company's and clients' presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

- Analyze and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
