Hardware Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring timely resolution of issues and providing excellent post-sales support.
  
• Develop strong understanding of IT hardware products and services to effectively address customer needs and concerns.
  
• Identify new business opportunities by generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and negotiating deals.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical sales) to resolve complex customer queries and provide comprehensive solutions.
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in IT hardware sales or related field.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech/B.E.) or MBA/PGDM in Marketing.
  
• Strong knowledge of computer systems architecture, networking protocols, storage devices, peripherals etc. .
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
