Branch Manager - Sales - BFSI (5-10 yrs)

A branch manager is responsible for the overall operations of a branch, including :

- Staffing : Hiring, training, and developing staff, and ensuring they are well-informed about company products and services

- Sales : Generating new business, setting sales targets, and monitoring sales performance

- Customer service : Handling customer complaints and inquiries, and providing excellent service

- Financial : Managing budgets, analyzing financial statements, and ensuring financial health

- Compliance : Ensuring compliance with all bank policies, regulations, and laws

- Community relations : Maintaining a positive presence in the community through involvement in clubs and events
