Job Summary:

The Branch Head for the Agency Channel is responsible for managing the overall operations of the health insurance branch, driving sales growth, and overseeing a team of agents and on role agency managers. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, ensuring compliance, and enhancing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

- Sales & Growth: Achieve branch sales targets and drive business development through the agency channel.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead agents and agency managers to perform at high standards.

- Operations Management: Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

- Customer Management: Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree Full time only

- 5-7 years of experience in insurance or agency management

- Strong sales and team management skills.
