Principal Signalling Engineer

HITACHI RAIL is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Principal Signaling Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of administrative and strategic tasks. The position is based in Bangalore.

 

About the Position:

To ensure TPWS project requirements as defined, through effective management of Engineering activities and T&C activities, in compliance with schedule and budget in complex projects.

To manage team of TPWS Project Engineering and T&C for timely delivery of Subsystem package related to the project.

 

Accountabilities:

- Ensure the review of Signalling Design requirements allocation, compliance and verification
Ensure the delivery of complete Signalling design (schemes, specification
documents, test reports) compliant to project requirements and company
guidelines
Guarantee the assigned deliverables (documents and design) are produced
in compliance with industry standards (e.g. CENELEC, AREMA, IEEE, IPC,
etc.) and with company processes and TPWS standard solutions and
deliver the related supporting documents
Guarantee that the Signalling technical solution is effectively communicated
and defended.

 

Required Skills/Knowledge:

TPWS / ETCS Projects with 12 plus years of experience.

TPWS System

Must have 5 plus years experience in Managing the Team

 

Education qualifications preferred : B.Tech/B.E (ECE/EEE)
