Responsibilities:

• Responsible for shift handling and predictive maintenance activity in Assembly area.

• Preventive maintenance of machines as per plan and making related documents.

• Making reports for breakdown and do root cause analysis.

• PDCA plan to eliminate the major problem after root cause analysis.

• Daily Gemba monitoring and closing minor issues immediately.

• Spare parts monitoring and giving feedback to senior for procurement.

• Knowledge of PLC programming, RLC and field wiring of SPM machines.

• Able to do program modification and make poke-yoke for problems.

• Electrical troubleshooting and program related work on PLC.

• Experience of working on Leak tester, vacuum pump, electro-pneumatic cylinders etc.

Experience: 4-6 Years

Skills:

• Knowledge of PLC programming (Omron / Mitsubishi)
• Knowledge of Leak tester, vacuum pump, electro-pneumatic cylinders etc.

Qualifications: Diploma (Electrical Engineering) / B. Tech (Electrical Engineering)
