Business Intelligence Analyst - Tableau/Power BI (6-14 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Governance Lead to oversee and enhance our BI framework. In this role, you will ensure the integrity, security, and quality of data, drive governance strategies, and enable efficient decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce data governance standards while leveraging BI tools to deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Governance and Compliance :

- Define, implement, and manage the organization's BI governance framework, policies, and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and company standards.

- Monitor adherence to data governance protocols and audit processes.

BI Tools and Data Management :

- Lead initiatives related to BI tools, including SQL, data modeling tools, and reporting platforms.

- Design and maintain robust data models to support reporting and analytics needs.

- Oversee the integration and consolidation of data from multiple sources.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management :

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and address their BI and reporting requirements.

- Work closely with IT, data engineers, and data analysts to deliver high-quality BI solutions.

- Facilitate training sessions to promote data literacy and governance awareness within the organization.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting :

- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for BI governance.

- Analyze data trends and provide insights to guide strategic decision-making.

- Ensure BI systems' scalability, performance, and reliability.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

- Advanced degree or certifications in Data Management, BI Tools, or Governance (preferred).

Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in BI governance, data management, or a related role.

- Proven expertise in using BI tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and ETL processes.

Skills :

- Excellent knowledge of data governance frameworks and methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
