Head - UAT - Bank (15-30 yrs)

We are hiring for Head - UAT with a leading bank based at Kolkata/ Mumbai.

Experience : 15+ Years

Grade : VP/ SVP

Reporting to : CIO

Key Skills :

- Mandatory to have Retail Banking UAT Experience as UAT Head or Deputy UAT Head.

- Ability to lead and motivate a number of test teams, via other Test Managers ensuring appropriate business engagement and approval of Test deliverables

- ISEB / ISTQB certified (preferable)

- Strong experience in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) within the financial services sector (preferably retail banking)

- Actively involved in SLA adherence, Stakeholder mgmt. & Business Meetings.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Organization requires the services of a UAT Head to work on a large, important projects.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing and delivering all testing elements of the UAT Phase of the test plan including Planning, Design & Test Preparation, Test Execution and Completion.

- Candidate must have proven track record in managing the UAT phase on large retail banking projects.
