Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Head for our Retail Banking division. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in banking, with a proven track record of managing teams, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing the branches sales and operations, leading a team of Relationship Officers (RO), Relationship Managers (RM), and Branch Operations Managers (BOM), and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve branch goals and maximize profitability.

- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth in retail banking services.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ROs, RMs, and BOMs to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.

- Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

- Drive sales initiatives for CASA (Current Account Savings Account), loans, and other retail banking products.

- Set clear sales targets for the team and monitor performance against these targets.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in banking, particularly in retail banking management.

- Proven track record of managing teams effectively and achieving sales targets.

- Strong understanding of retail banking products and services.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Ability to analyze financial reports and market data to inform business strategies.
