About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, with a proven track record of achieving results in both B2B and B2C environments.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing marketing teams, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's market presence and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals and target audiences.
- Lead and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.) to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and sales growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute day-to-day marketing activities.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, product, and customer service to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for campaign execution and performance tracking.
- Oversee the creation and management of digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools, continuously testing new strategies and approaches.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of brand collateral, including websites, sales materials, presentations, and more.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging content and creative assets that resonate with the target audience.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution and achieving measurable business results.
- Strong experience with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Ability to develop and manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing environments.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with a strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM tools (e., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of brand management, content creation, and copywriting.
