Senior Software Engineer - Java/Golang (6-8 yrs)

Overview :

- System Design & Development : Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale backend systems, ensuring the architecture is robust, scalable, and highly available.

- Code Quality & Optimization : Write clean, maintainable code with a strong emphasis on performance, efficiency, and optimization. Actively review code and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.

- Cloud Infrastructure Management : Leverage your expertise in AWS to design and implement cloud-native solutions, manage infrastructure, and optimize deployment pipelines.

- Mentorship & Leadership : Provide mentorship to junior engineers, guide them through complex technical challenges, and promote best practices for system design and development.

- Continuous Improvement : Champion continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices, optimize pipelines, and ensure systems are always ready for release.

- Observability & Monitoring : Set up effective observability and monitoring tools, including Loki and Grafana, to ensure the health and performance of deployed systems.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience : Minimum 6 years of backend development experience with proven expertise in building scalable and distributed systems. Prior experience in mentoring or leading engineering teams is a plus.

- Programming : Strong proficiency in Go or Java, with experience in developing backend services and APIs.

- Cloud Infrastructure : Strong experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and other core services.

- CI/CD : Hands-on experience with setting up, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to support agile development and fast deployments.

- Observability Tools : Working knowledge of Loki, Grafana, or similar observability tools to monitor system health and proactively address issues.

- Mentorship : Proven track record in guiding junior engineers, helping them grow technically, and leading by example.
