Performance Test Engineer - JMeter/SQL (6-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

API Testing & Performance Validation :

- Work with GraphQL and REST APIs, understanding GraphQL Playground and common HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).

- Utilize tools like Postman and JMeter to automate API testing and validate performance.

- Integrate API tests into CI/CD pipelines for seamless automation.

SQL & Database Performance :

- Write and optimize basic SQL queries (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE).

- Apply WHERE, ORDER BY, and GROUP BY clauses for data filtering and sorting.

- Perform JOIN operations (INNER, OUTER, LEFT, RIGHT) to handle relational data.

JMeter for Performance Testing :

- Develop and execute complex test scripts using JMeter's architecture (threads, samplers, listeners, etc.).

- Use logic controllers, assertions, and timers for advanced test scenarios.

- Extract and validate data using JSON/XML Extractors in JMeter.

- Generate performance test reports and analyze results for system optimization.

- Configure and execute JMeter tests using Maven and Jenkins pipelines.

Requirements :

Experience : 6+ years in Performance Testing.

- Strong knowledge of API testing, SQL and JMeter.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and performance validation in a cloud or microservices environment.

- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance for high scalability and reliability
