Backend Developer - Python (1-2 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop modular, reusable code that can handle rapidly changing requirements with minimal refactoring.

- Architect, implement, and optimize scalable relational database schemas such as MySQL to ensure high performance and data integrity.

- Develop offline jobs and asynchronous architectures to improve the application's overall performance and responsiveness.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, ensuring our software remains cutting-edge and competitive.

- Make key technical decisions to establish a strong architectural foundation, supporting growth and scalability as the product evolves.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in backend development primarily in Python, Microservices.

- Previous experience working in a startup or a fast-paced environment(not mandate).

- Contribute to offline jobs and asynchronous architecture for improved performance.

- Experience designing scalable, high-performance MySQL database schemas.

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements.

- Creative approach to backend architecture, third-party integrations, and real-time challenges.

- Collaborative and a user-first mindset in everything that you do.
