Backend Developer - Python/Node.js (2-6 yrs)

Role : Backend Developer

Job Purpose :

Able to manage efficient interchange of data between the server and users. The primary focus will be the development and maintenance of server-side logic, the design and management of databases, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness of the application

Responsibilities :

- Develop the core backend services, APIs, and integration with the headless CMS

- Implement multi-tenancy, user management, and content distribution logic

- Handle media uploads, video transcoding (for 4K content), and content play order

Skills :

- Proficiency in server-side languages (Node.js, Python, Java)

- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, Azure)

- Familiarity with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi, Contentful, Sanity)

- API integration

Qualification/Experience :

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field

- 2-3 years of backend development required

- Demonstrable experience in web application development with expertise in Node.js and express.js

- Knowledge of database technologies and agile development methodologies

-Understanding of microservices architecture and Docker

- Excellent problem-solving and management skills
