Role Description :

We're seeking enthusiastic Software Developers (Backend) with experience from internships in Python & Django to join our dynamic team full time and contribute to innovative insurance products and features that drive growth.

Key Skills :

- Proficiency in Python/Django.

- Strong debugging and communication skills.

- Team player with a collaborative mindset.

- Experience with backend and frontend development.

- Understanding of software architecture and design principles.

- Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL) and backend services (e.g., RESTful).

- Hands-on experience with Django or similar backend frameworks.

- Must have knowledge of GIT.

Must-Haves :

- Experience deploying applications on Cloud infrastructure like AWS.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture (a plus).

- Familiarity with AWS Lambda, Elastic Search, Kafka, Celery (a plus).

- Collaboration in open-source projects will add brownie points to your profile.
