About the Role :

We are looking for a Mid-Senior/Senior Backend Engineer with expertise in Node.js to join our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and scale backend services using Node.js.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Account Aggregator Framework, Growth & Retention tools/platforms.

- Work on high-impact 0 to 1 product development initiatives.

- Optimize system performance and ensure high availability.

- Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions.

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of backend development experience.

- Strong expertise in Node.js.

- Experience in Account Aggregator Framework, Growth & Retention tools, or 0 to 1 product development is highly valued.

- Prior experience in fintech companies such as PhonePe, Cred, Fold, PayU, Jupiter, Groww, Google Pay, or companies with strong Growth & Retention teams is a plus.
