Business Analyst (2-8 yrs)

Role : Senior Business Analyst/Business Analyst.

Location : Bangalore/Trivandrum.

We are looking for candidates to join us as a part of a lead Insurance company as a Senior Business Analyst/Business Analyst.

Total Experience Range :

- A minimum experience of 2-8 years.

Skill Set :

- Strong knowledge of the Indian motor insurance products.

- Deep Knowledge of the Indian motor insurance process (quote, policy issuance, servicing, finance, claims) and respective customer journeys.

- Expertise in Quote to Buy/Servicing journey is a must.

- Hands-on experience with SQL and API Integration.

- Techno functional experience is a must which will help in implementing the requirement from a system/ application point of view.

- In-depth Understanding of Java, microservices, and web services is an added advantage.

- Experience in product configuration/rating is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements :

- Liaise with the internal business team (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims and Finance) and external partners to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.

- Requirement elicitation and System solution designing.

- Define the customer journey.

- Coordination with the development team on project planning & deliveries.

- Weekly Sprint planning along with Product Managers.

- Understand business priority and drive the Business process/development team.
