IT Infrastructure Engineer (8-13 yrs)

A leading brand in FMCG Luggage industry, is looking to hire a IT Infra Engineer to oversee daily IT operations and service support across all their business locations, including corporate entities, retail stores, warehouses, and depots.

You will plan and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure support, covering desktops, servers, workstations, scanners, printing solutions, Meraki LAN, wireless troubleshooting, and enterprise IT support.

Location : Nasik

Responsibilities :

- Oversee IT asset procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, BOQ validation, negotiation, invoice processing, payment queries, and related documentation.

- Administer Windows Server 2022, Red Hat Linux, and Active Directory (AD) management

- Manage SD-WAN networks, Meraki devices, Wi-Fi networks across India warehouses, and scanner management via SOTI MDM.

- Provide administration and user support for Office 365, HP HCI Simplivity, VMware, and Palo Alto Firewall.

- Ensure security management of servers, end-user devices, networking equipment, and patch deployment.

- Handle IT audits, maintain IT procedures and policies, and coordinate vendor-related issue resolution and escalations.

- Perform IMAC activities and deliver technical support to retail stores and all business locations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science (or a related field) is required with 7-8 years of experience in IT support and management.

- In-depth knowledge of PCs, printers, networking, and security equipment and understanding of ERP application servers and data center administration.

- Expertise in designing, installing, supporting, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi setups, SD-WAN, connectivity, networking, and various IT hardware and servers.

- Familiarity with IT tools and technologies for asset management, tracking, and ticketing systems.

NOTE : Candidates from Luggage industry are highly preferred.
