Digital Client Financial Partner - FinTech (2-8 yrs)

About the Role :

In this role, you will :

- Become a trusted advisor : Guide pre-qualified clients with a minimum portfolio size of - 50 lakhs through personalized investment solutions, focusing on our company's PMS and MF strategies.

- Drive conversions : Engage with high-intent inbound leads generated through our Wealth Monitor app (around 150 calls per month) and convert them into successful investments.

- Develop client relationships : Build rapport, understand individual needs and asset allocation, and ensure clients fully comprehend their investment journey.

- Champion compliance : Strictly adhere to KYC/AML and other regulatory requirements.

- Master the market : Leverage your analytical skills to research and explain complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.

- Deliver exceptional service : Prioritize client satisfaction and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.

Who We Seek :

- Experienced wealth professional : Minimum 2 years of sales experience in financial services (retail banks, investing fintechs, AMCs, etc.).

- Communication virtuoso : Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and educate clients.

- Investment adept : Deep knowledge of either mutual funds, stocks, or PMS, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into layman's terms.

- Client champion : Highly organized and proactive, with a strong focus on building and maintaining successful client relationships.

- Compliance maestro : Commitment to adhering to all regulatory requirements.

- NISM Mutual Funds and PMS Distributors certificates must be obtained before joining.
