Job Title: Area Sales Manager
- Education: Bachelor's degree-Science/ Engineering Background or Master's/ MBA in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field from premier institutions.
- Experience: 2-8 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the healthcare, SaaS or technology sectors.
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Vijayawada
About the Role:
- As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated territory.
- You will work closely with healthcare providers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions from our product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Educate potential clients (tier 1 corporate hospitals) on the benefits of our products and how they can address specific pain points in their operations.
- Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our HealthTech solutions.
- Customize sales presentations and demonstrations to align with the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Work closely with the product development, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Aligned for a field sales role (Individual Contributor) and expertise successfully engaging with CXOs or key decision-makers.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
